What counts as an "active user"?

An active user is anyone who submits a Convo Card or gives/receives an award during the billing period. Users who only log in but don't take any actions aren't counted toward your bill.

How does the free trial work?

Your first month of Scratchie Pro is completely free, with full access to all features. After your free month, you'll only be charged based on the maximum number of active users from that month at $5 per user.

Do I need to use cash rewards?

No, cash rewards are completely optional. Scratchie works great with just points-based recognition. You can add cash rewards later if and when you're ready.

How do cash rewards work?

Cash rewards are optional. If you choose to use them, you fund a rewards wallet that supervisors can use to give cash rewards to workers. There's a 10% fee (5% on deposits + 5% on awards) to cover payment processing and transfers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties. If you cancel during your free month, you won't be charged at all.

Is Scratchie secure?

Yes, Scratchie is built with enterprise-grade security. We're ISO27001 certified and use industry-leading encryption and security practices to protect your data.

How long does it take to set up?
